The workshop will give you:

  • เข้าใจบทบาทและความสำคัญของการออกแบบและการวางแผนโมเดลธุรกิจ
  • วิเคราะห์โมเดลธุรกิจ เพื่อหาช่องทางการพัฒนาโมเดลใหม่ๆ

  • วางแผนโมเดลธุรกิจที่เน้นการลดความเสี่ยงของไอเดียและการทดลองกับกลุ่มเป้าหมายเพื่อนำไปสู่โมเดลธุรกิจที่ยั่งยื่น

  • กำหนดคุณค่าของธุรกิจที่จะมอบให้กลุ่มเป้าหมาย (Value Proposition) และวางแผนหลากหลายมิติของโมเดลธุรกิจ

  • นำเสนอโมเดลธุรกิจที่ลดความเสี่ยงของไอเดียใหม่ให้กับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียเพื่อการพัฒนาต่อไป

  •  เข้าใจถึงความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความต้องการที่แท้จริงของลูกค้าและคุณค่าของธุรกิจที่มอบให้กับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย

  • เข้าใจบทบาทของ Digital Transformation และผลกระทบในด้านการวางแผนโมเดลธุรกิจแบบดิจิทัล(Digital Business Model) เพื่อสร้างจุดแข็งทางการแข่งขัน

  • รู้จักการนำแนวคิดทางด้าน Digital Architecture และ API (Application based programming approach) หรือวิธีการเรียกใช้โปรแกรมมาเป็นแนวคิดทางการบริหาร พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ และ โมเดลธุรกิจดิจิทัล

  • ใช้หลักการวัดผลที่เน้นความเข้าใจของกลุ่มเป้าหมายเพื่อวัดผลความสำเร็จของผลิตภัณฑ์ และโมเดลธุรกิจเพื่อเป็นแนวทางประกอบการตัดสินในการพัฒนาต่อไป

  • การหาความเหมาะสมระหว่างผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการ และความต้องการของตลาด (Product Market Fit) โดยใช้การทดลองต้นแบบ การเรียนรู้จากการทดลอง และการวัดผลอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อประกอบการตัดสินใจพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ และโมเดลธุรกิจ

Asan Suwanarit is Dean of Thammasat’s Faculty of Architecture and Planning, Founder of Design, Business, and Technology Management Program also he is a lecturer in Landscape Architecture. Previously,  Asan was both senior and junior of Landscape Architect at Tierra Design in Singapore as well as be a  Landscape Architect at Latz and Partner in Germany. His specializations are landscape planning, ecological framework in landscape planning and design as well as sustainability.

Puttaporn

Saengratanade

Co-founder at TechBerry, Director of board at Thammasat Design School

Puttaporn Saengratande is the Co-founder of the software development agency Techberry Company Limited, and regularly advises companies in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance on Digital Transformation and Digital Solution Design. Besides his consulting work, Puttaporn is the Director of board at Thammasat Design School, and Guest Lecturer at the Master’s Program in Design, Business,& Technology Management (DBTM). Previously, Puttaporn was a member of both the innovation and marketing committee at Siam Cement Group (SCG) to promote an innovation culture, and Marketing Director of SCG Paper. During his time at SCG, he successfully launched new products, including Idea Copy Paper, Food Packaging, Food Paper, and Specialty papers. Puttaporn holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, as well as an MBA from MIT, Sloan School of Management. He has also participated in training programs including the Leadership Development Program, Columbia University and the Management Development Program, Wharton School.

Surapit Promsit is an Executive Director & Chairman of the Board, Thammasat Institute of Continuing Education & Human Resources, a full-time faculty member at the Faculty of Architecture and Planning, Thammasat University, where he oversee and teach business courses at the Design, Business and Technology Management (DBTM) program.  He’s also a visiting Lecturer, Yangon University of Economics. In addition to teaching,  he is member of the  Executive Committee, Personnel Management Association of Thailand. He is specialised  in Human Resources Management and Development, Organization Development, Strategic Management and Innovation, Leadership, with a regional focus on ASEAN.

Niwatsakul

Studio Lead, Design Analyst PLASTARC (New York), Founder and Director of Research User-Friendly (Bangkok), Stanford University Graduate Design Program Alumni

Varis Niwatsakul is a user experience designer and a human-centered design advocate experienced in designing creative business models and ecosystems. Drawing on his architecture background and innovation science research and study at Stanford’s Hasso Plattner Institute of Design (aka the d.school), his practice is rooted in the rigorous unpacking and synthesizing of complex business and ever shifting customer landscape into meaningful and actionable insights that inform results-driven interventions. Varis worked as an architect, a strategic planner in branding and advertising, and an interaction designer before joining PLASTARC in New York as a design analyst and Studio Lead respectively.  He has recently started a small research and evidence based design practice called User-Friendly aiming at helping organizations thrive and innovate.

  • Business model hypotheses: how to manage and foster ideas from conception to ideation, prototyping to user testing and finding a product market fit using iterative design.
  • Sketching user experience: how to identify key pain points in a user journey in order to find new solutions to satisfy real customer needs.
  • Rapid prototyping for business designers: how to identify the riskiest assumptions in your solutions and turn them into a testable prototype in order to gain rapid insights from customers. 
  • User-testing and iterative design: how to engage users methodically and systematically probe them for actionable insights.

Learners will discover: 

  • Business Model Prototype: turn your business model into testable prototypes. 

  • Business Model Presentation: share your prototype(s) with your team for feedback.

  • Business Model Iteration: Iterate on your prototype based on the feedback received.

  • Business Model Roadmap: Create a roadmap for how you want to take this idea forward.

  • Close out and reflection: Reflect on key learnings and next steps.
